Like other forms of exercise, Zumba can help reduce stress and improve mood through the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.

Zumba is not only a fitness program but also a form of entertainment and self-expression. Many people find it to be a enjoyable way to stay active and healthy, combining the benefits of exercise with the joy of dancing to rhythmic music.

A total of 30 students and teachers participated  in the workshop.
